My Unconventional Approach to Reading Food Labels as a Health Coach

In this video, my unconventional approach to reading food labels stands out from the rest because I am able to sift through all the extra BS you don't actually need and stick to what really matters.

I believe that if you can properly analyze a food label, you are one of the most powerful consumers in America today! Simply put, America has a corrupt food system, and our government plays a massive role in strengthening this corruption.

Most of the time, we don't even know what we are consenting to with the food we eat. By putting dodgy ingredients in our food, food companies get to save money while making massive profits.

When you understand a food label, and you are informed on what to look out for on an ingredient list, you empower yourself to honestly decide what you want to feed yourself and your family.

In this video, I explain that I care about only two things when it comes to the Nutrition Facts panel. Sugar and serving size. That's it.
